Nous verrons \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rents types de stress et le retentissement de ceux-ci sur la sant\u00e9 et les troubles du cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous verrons comment g\u00e9rer les troubles du sommeil.
